What Selby is
Selby is software that helps you create marketplace listings, edit photos, and manage buyer conversations and pickups. Selby drafts; you decide. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you post and for complying with each marketplace's rules.
What Selby does not do
Selby does not post to any marketplace, does not access your marketplace accounts, and does not send messages to buyers on those platforms. It prepares text and opens pages; the final tap is yours. Automated posting violates most marketplaces' terms and can get accounts banned; Selby is deliberately built not to do it.
AI-generated content
Titles, descriptions, prices, condition notes, tags and replies are generated by AI models and can be wrong. Suggested prices are estimates, not appraisals. Review everything before you post it or send it. Sample data is clearly labelled when no AI connection is available.
Plans and billing
Free is free. Pro and Business are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe and renew until cancelled. Cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 7 days of first purchase on request.
Acceptable use
Do not use Selby to list items that are illegal to sell where you are, counterfeit goods, or items you do not own. Do not use Selby's assistant to deceive buyers about condition or authenticity. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
Selby is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost sales, marketplace account actions, or losses arising from AI output. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
